Chart - Zoom & Pan

Zoom

On devices with mouse, rotating mouse wheel will zoom in or out.
On touch-based devices, using spread and pinch gesture result in zoom in or out.

Pan

On devices with mouse, dragging mouse results in panning.
On touch-based devices, dragging gesture on the screen results in panning.
